Senior Procurement Manager for Fruits and Vegetables

Lead and facilitate strategic sourcing process for the Vegetable and Fruit categories.

Perform market and industry analysis- supplier research and review- category and supplier segmentation- sourcing events- analysis- negotiations- contracting and implementation.

Strong technical and cross-functional project and program management skills. Accurately estimates and manages budgets, timelines, risks, and technical challenges.

Effectively develop and manage sensory and project budgets, addressing short- and long-term requirements.

Manage Daiya's internal sensory lab, facilities, and software, evolving resources as needed.
