Workplace Wellness Advisor Jobs

Knowledge of disability management and workplace wellness best practices.

Manages day-to-day health related projects and activities, including development and implementation of programs, such as a mental health awareness program

Manages talent and financial resources to ensure they are being used effectively, including:

Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

Knowledge of WSIB adjudicative processes.

Good knowledge of the principles of industrial hygiene and ergonomics.

Manage the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of community-based mental health and wellness programs and services.

Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as required.

Excellent knowledge of workplace wellness and mental health initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years previous experience in workplace wellness program or a related field.

Completed education in social work, psychology, social services, or a related field is a must.

Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and connections with partners during conferences and events.
