Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated experience in excellent customer service required

Strong communication skills to provide accurate and timely information orally and in writing

Graduate from an approved Medical Terminology course required

2 years of direct working experience with persons with disabilities in a vocational setting

Expert knowledge of developmental disabilities and their impact on employment

Excellent marketing and written communication skills

Employment Ontario knowledge and exposure

Previous job development and/or sales training and experience

Provide job search assistance, job placement services, job coaching and job maintenance for adults with a developmental disability

Relevant university degree (Business Analytics, Data Management/Statistics or Business Administration preferred)

3 years with Business Analytics/Business Intelligence experience or an e quivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Knowledge and experience in data visualization tools (Power BI)

Use strong analytical reasoning to understand the Human Resources Division's reporting and analytical requirements and transform them in operational applications

Created an integrated knowledge area focused on research that will inform and support decisions and Human Resources outcomes

Strong research, planning, analytical and problem solving skills

Ensures employer data is accurately entered and managed within the AHLA’s Association Management System

Familiar with using CRM and learning management systems to manage data, manipulating and analyzing data to support strategic decision making

Promotes available AHLA training opportunities to members to identify their training needs and requirements

Ability to discern priorities to effectively manage multiple projects with deliverables to key stakeholders

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail

Experience working as a workforce specialist/recruiter/human resources coordinator or similar
