Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or another relevant field combination of education and real-world experience

Previous experience in generating knowledge articles

Build and revise process workflows based on changing needs of the company environment and services offered by IT

Proven time management and organization skills; amenable to changing priorities, deadlines, and procedures.

1-3 years of experience in program development and delivery within a charity/not-for-profit organization and/or Skill Development of individuals organization.

Research, develop and deliver regional and national program sessions/workshops to talent pool members focusing on job-readiness skills.

Develop a section of the talent pool for youth to prepare them for achieving their education, employment, and career aspirations.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Customer service oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills.

Proven time management and organization skills; amenable to changing priorities, deadlines, and procedures.

Create and sustain the operational plans to deliver on our Distributed Work Experience (DWE) strategy

Create and monitor working group project plans, manage the quality of delivered solutions and ensure that project objectives are met.

Manage the Distributed Work team communication tools and proactively identify and bring forward trends in the spirit of continuous improvement

Post-secondary education in Technology, Human Resources, or related field

leading project teams and applying project management principles.

• Develop project plans and risk management plans for business process change or similar

projects by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring risks for effective risk management

• Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation, preferred

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of low to medium risk

consistently monitoring project benefits, resources and status and creating documents

5+ years of Job Development, Career Coaching, and/or Management Experience with HR Practices.

Develop and deliver regional and national program sessions/workshops to Talent Pool members focusing on job-readiness skills.

Gather and disseminate information on programs, funding, opportunities for the program participants in to assist with pursuing education and career opportunities.

Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Proficiency/working knowledge of Salesforce an asset.

You have knowledge of project management, PMI training (an asset);

You are well organized; possess time management skills

Own and manage the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your engineering project portfolio.

You master the Microsoft Office suite and a very strong aptitude in data management;

Manage your project portfolio within the organization of the program office (Plan, Organize, Direct and Control);

Manage risks & opportunities associated with your portfolio of projects;
