Maintain classroom and shop discipline and, if necessary, recommend action to applicable supervisor regarding student behavior, including formal student disciplinary action

They also ensure that the welding process is completed in a timely manner and that the quality of the welds meets the required standards. Detailed Job Description The Welding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the welding operations of a manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring that the welding process is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all applicable regulations. The Welding Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that the welding process is completed in a timely manner and that the quality of the welds meets the required standards. The Welding Supervisor is also responsible for training and supervising welding personnel, as well as monitoring and maintaining welding equipment. Job Skills Required
