The Welding Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that the welding process is completed in a timely manner and that the quality of the welds meets the required standards. The Welding Supervisor is also responsible for training and supervising welding personnel, as well as monitoring and maintaining welding equipment. Job Skills Required
