CIM designation with relevant work experience and/or completed CFA Level 1 preferred

Recruit, select and develop staff with well-rounded skills and knowledge to ensure growth and development of "high end" client base.

Previously managed highly skilled sales force in Financial Services

Manage expenses of sales team.

Ensure 100% compliance on all regulatory requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

Assist with problem resolution that enhances the client experience

Provide assistance to Relationship Manager(s)

Approachable presence on the team, assisting primarily Relationships Managers and others as needed

Tasks are completed according to the outlined processes while proactively communicating with Relationship Managers

Escalates complex scenarios or challenges to the Relationship Managers

Head - Client Acquisition / Wealth Manager

Key Skills:HNI / Ultra HNI Acquisition

Should have excellent social/ interpersonal skills.

ØManage and track the leads and maintain DSR on regular basis.

Unsecured Trade Finance Products like SBLC, BG, PBG, EMD, POF, LC, SBLC monetisation, etc.

What You Need To Know

Minimum 5+ years of 0perations experience in wealth management industry

Dealer compliance and change management experience is an asset

Completion of a university degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science or equivalent work experience

Manage internal and external audit requests and collaborate with internal resources to deliver successful results

Work with finance to develop business plans, including providing cost estimates of projects based on goals

Design processes to support regulatory environment & requirements

One OR more experience listed: IDP data flows testing, Integration Testing, performance testing, security testing or environment management

Understanding of the wealth management systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Contract Term: 4 months, renewable
