LIM Coaches will be assigned 30-60 LIM schools with the following coaching responsibilities:

Stay current with relevant educational trends and technology platforms in an effort to serve as a partner to our schools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Location: Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick.

2 years of supervisory an management experience

Conducts weekly Personal Training Department and Management meetings

Ensures an artistry level member experience on the fitness floor daily

Manages 90-day on-boarding process for new Personal Trainers

Makes hiring, promotion, disciplinary, and termination recommendations to the General Manager

3 years of personal training experience at Life Time

10 or more years of relevant experience in the field, including at least 3 years of experience in project/product management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to lead several employees and carry out several tasks simultaneously.

Thorough knowledge of software project management.

Knowledge and experience in software integration and/or software testing.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent training and experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good team spirit.

Other job duties as required

Prior forklift and overhead Crane experience is an asset.

Strong organizational and computer skills required

Knowledge of manufacturing process and/or technical background.

Blue print reading and flame cutting skills an asset

Maintaining accurate inventory, receiving plate into PEP inventory

Full time work - steady shifts

Easily accessible by public transit

Unload products from truck (between 2 and 25lbs)

Use an electric pallet jack (training provided)

Maintain shipping and receiving logs

Ability to lift, carry, push and pull

Experience in Grocery or Fresh/Perishables Management in Stores or in Warehouse Distribution Centres

Accountable for “Running Great Grocery Warehouse” in their region, but also directly manage one warehouse as a GM.

Accountable for customer item availability, particularly through ensuring inventory is managed in the warehouse both from FIFO and shrink

2-3 years experience in managing multi-stores P&L in a market/district

3-5 years experience in managing stores or warehouse leading 20+ Team Members

Fulfillment and/or warehousing knowledge an asset

Experience in Direct Reports and Personnel Management

Must have strong leadership experience

Communicate with the US client

Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency, and safety.

Experience in leading and training Trainers to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently.

Must have 2+ years of prior experience in warehousing/light industrial, experience as a Lead is a plus

Exhibit and practice positive communications and team-building skills with trainers and trainees to ensure a consistently professional environment.
