Experience in a Windows environment essential.

Knowledge of Electronic Health Record an asset.

Working knowledge of the Personal Health Information Act.

Accurate Typing – 40 Words per minute in a Hospital typing test.

Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and make effective decisions.

Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication in the English Language.

Understanding of CRM and database management

Ability to manage several tasks at once with strong presentation skills

1-2 years of experience in an Account Services role. Email, direct mail clients preferred

Lead and contribute during all phases of program requests

Develop strong relationships with clients and internal team members

Develop and present material to teams and clients

Previous experience working with children with disabilities (ie. those with physical disabilities, neurodivergence, and any other disabilities)

Update caregivers on relevant information regarding the child’s camp experience

The following additional qualifications are strong assets:

Secondary education in a Museum-related field (Art, Archaeology, Life Sciences, Earth Science, History)

Read and understand the profile of the assigned camper and conduct a pre-camp phone call with caregivers

Prepare support materials prior to each day to aid in camper integration
