Visitation Screener Jobs

Ontario, ( Remote, Hybrid and In Person)

- Communicate with candidates to gather additional information and clarify qualifications.

- Stay updated on our clients' requirements and job specifications.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Prior experience in resume screening, talent acquisition and or HR departments.

Must be able to make high volume calls everyday so as to meet the requirements.

Previous experience as Phone Screener preferred but not required.

This is a remote position. 9AM-6PM (Flexibility required) for 3 months of contract**

Responsible to conduct an initial screening for the applicants.

Be able to evaluate the resumes & cover letters.

Ability to efficiently use the Applicant Tracking System.

Previous law and security education or experience an asset

Health, dental, and vision care benefits after 60 days

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of MS Office applications and general comfort using computer-based equipment

On the job training and career development

Monday through Friday (5 days a week)

Knowledge of general office procedures

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position

Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others

Ability to operate related equipment

Ensure up-to-date knowledge of required policies and procedures

Actively participate in process improvements and offer feedback and suggestions regarding screening processes as they evolve

Successful completion of a high school diploma or equivalent from a recognized educational institution

Applicants with proven equivalent recent and related training and experience may be considered

Strong communication and prioritization skills to support the efficient and effective application of Sinai Health protocols

Strong work ethic, professional, diplomatic and dependable with the demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements
