Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or the equivalent in other education and experience.

Change management and continuous improvement/streamlining business practices.

Establishing apprenticeship programs, including training standards, curriculum standards and certification exams

Lead a team of sales individuals ensuring the development, mentorship, assignment of projects and performance management as required.

A post-secondary degree or a graduate degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience

10+ years’ experience in senior sales roles (preferably in B2B & B2C energy or corporate environments), including RFP experience

Provide technical advice and knowledge to others within the Finance discipline.

Minimum 10 years’ experience managing people.

Experience working in a matrix environment preferred.

Strong technical skills in various types of software, such as MS Excel, SAP Accounting.

Influence and guide the company’s financial resources to maintain the short and long-term financial health of the business.

Overall management of Finance department, ensuring execution of tasks and people development

Demonstrated managerial skills are preferred

Full cycle Financial Management & Accounting including

Prior A&A experience is a plus

Prior experience, either direct or in an A&A role, in Manufacturing is strongly preferred

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
