Defining technical requirements to establish the scope of work.

Overseeing project execution and providing support and training that aligns with requirements.

Collaborating with Project Managers (PMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure end-to-end business objectives are achieved.

Utilize adept questioning techniques to gather essential requirements from stakeholders, focusing on comprehending underlying needs rather than verbatim documentation.

Exhibit strong engagement skills, including the ability to extract crucial information, employ probing questions effectively, and adeptly resolve conflicts with stakeholders.

Industrial experience and knowledge on heavy equipment is considered an asset.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

Possesses excellent communication skills (strong English language, preferably other languages too)

Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial/business acumen

Knowledge in refining and petrochemical processes and their associated utilities and services.

Develop Utilities design philosophy and Strategy.

Perform a full lifecycle review of any design related to utilities.

Act as a liaison between our engineers, project management team and the end customer

Manage interface with municipalities as necessary to define project requirements and deliverables to get clear expectations

Experience and education may be substituted for one another.

Understand & relay local jurisdictional requirements as it relates to the installation of a new electrical service with relevant utility

Experience in utility regulatory work.

A minimum of 5 years of experience with utility coordination and electrical engineering related

• Good to have knowledge on Oracle Identity & Access Management Suite and FMW role management.

• Thread polling and resource management with Work Managers.

• Strong WLST Script writing experience to create and manage WebLogic resources

• Knowledge of Oracle patch rollup creation

• Maintain Key store - set up keyrings/keystore to manage encryption/ssh keys ,SSL certificates and OWSM Policies.

Location: United States and Canada

Perform all aspects of tree pruning and removal services safely and skillfully for clients.

Arborist certification or willingness to work towards.

Strong tree, knot and shrub identification skills.

Drive a commercial truck with crew and equipment to various job sites as required.

Perform and log daily pre and post trip inspections of the vehicle.

Certification in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management.

Should create external design documents and conceptual solutions in MDM with reference to Requirements.

Can write effective custom programs, modify software enhancements and interfaces, debug issues and provide solutions on a timely manner.

1-3 years’ experience in the construction industry is an asset.

Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Projects, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

Assist in planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines;

Assists in tracking projects progress;

Assist in monitoring quality control programs;

Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships;

Other responsibilities may be assigned, as required.

Minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent.

Show an active interest in Utility Service work and ability to learn from experienced team members.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Approximately 40 hours per week or as needed based on operational requirements.

Must have experience within a high call volume call centre environment

Superior customer service skills, displaying effective communication and timely problem solving.

Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Experience using a computerized billing system, a utility-based system would be considered an asset.
