* Must be experienced at executing in a fast-paced environment, with the possibility of juggling multiple projects/issues simultaneously

* Maintain an agile backlog by defining requirements, building stories, and performing user acceptance testing.

* Participate in technical discussions with cross-functional teams to clarify business requirements.

* 4-6 Years of related experience.

Work Location: Hybrid (Wednesday and 1-2 other days)

Position Type: Contract, 6 months

Effectively manage a budget according to organizational objectives

Manage inventory levels to meet customer demands

A minimum of 3 - 5 years of operations experience in a Retail environment; experience with TBS/BDL is preferred

Proven leadership ability to effectively manage the team of direct reports

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Support in-dealership Digital Display programs, Car-Net integration, IT infrastructure, Dealer Management System policy, and any future digital infrastructure requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce and/or Project Management, or relevant equivalent work experience

Management and prioritization of Weis team

Dealer project management leading to launch

Oversee (with vendor) project management of all enrollments

Manage the ongoing dealer audit process for MEB readiness and Operating Standard compliance, including in-dealership process and facility requirements
