Detailed Job Description Truck Mechanics are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and components of heavy-duty trucks and other related vehicles. They must be able to identify and diagnose problems and determine the best course of action to repair the vehicle. They must be able to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. They must be able to use a variety of tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance. They must be able to perform preventive maintenance and make necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vehicles. Job Skill Requirements
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and components
