Trip Logistic Facilitator Jobs

Minimum of 5 years experience in event planning with onsite management required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field a bonus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members

Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Ability to travel as needed for events within Winnipeg

·Solid financial management skills with and experience in maintaining a budget;

Objectives and Responsibilities of the Trip Manager:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

·Strong interpersonal skills, experience managing cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams;

Support the assigned Regional Teams with the following duties and responsibilities:

·Work with Regional Team to manage hotel room requests, releases, upgrades, and cancellations for Scheduled Trips;

Experience in hospitality or customer services

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Provide trip planning services; activities, restaurant reservation and any other request from our guests.

Responsible for the 4-season activity guide.

Negotiate agreement with our partners.

Any other task related with guests.

Develop an annual portfolio strategy and sales plan for all assigned regions and deliver

Set trip mandates for route work and development with individual Trip Designers, and ensure that assigned deliverables are met;

Lead the business in establishing dates and pricing for all scheduled departures;

Experience in transport and logistics

Knowledge of SAP software (an asset)

Coordination and monitoring of deliveries

Meet the needs of the reps

Perform the usivi with the customs broker

Monitoring of overseas container arrivals
