Travelling Site Supervisor Throughout Canada Jobs

School diploma/certificate with equivalent combination of education, training and experience; BS/BA or bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred

Manage and coordinate with other supporting roles to ensure timely site activation and operational activities.

Support global initiatives as it pertains to the role and responsibilities

Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Clinical Trials environment, Ethics environment and clinical site activation.

Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO in a similar role

Demonstrated deep knowledge of clinical trial methodologies, ICH/GCP, Global and local country regulations

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring their compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to develop and execute project plans.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, review and approve invoices, and negotiate contracts to optimize project profitability.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in the retail construction industry, with a focus on renovations.

Perform other daily work requirements as directed by Site Management

Hands-on, positive Management Team that began as Technicians and have been promoted from within

Maintain required training certifications for position (Fall Protection/Rescue Training, NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, LOTO, First Aid/CPR/AED)

2-years experience working as a Wind Turbine Technician is preferred

Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance or repair experience

Experience with motors, rotors, drives, gears, or similar is required
