They must be able to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. They must be able to communicate effectively with other medical personnel and patients. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
