A combination of post-secondary education and work experience in a related field;

In-depth knowledge of auditing internal controls and business processes gained through experience auditing governance and oversight functions and processes;

Experience applying audit and investigative practices and techniques, and preparing audit reports;

Advanced skills in Excel and/or other data analysis tools;

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and foster stakeholder relationships;

Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;

Previous experience in Transportation environment preferred

Good communication skills via phone/email

Create and input manifest information into system

Identify freight bills and special delivery instructions

Review invoices and ensure accuracy

Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Actively participates in the Safety Management System (SMS)

Complete inventories according to airline requirements

Understand and comply with Transport Canada requirements

Understand and comply with IATA Food Safety requirements

Ensure that processes are delivered within SLA standards and compliance limits while adhering to safety requirements

Must successfully complete airline specific training programs and recertification

Perform internal control testing, evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, and raise identified issues to management for remediation

Produce high-quality documentation on a timely basis for audit management and external auditors

Must successfully complete airline specific training programs and recertification

Responsible for courteous, prompt, accurate and careful handling of food and goods, including loading and offloading

Transport, load and unload the aircraft galleys from the warehouse to the aircraft

Constantly communicate with other catering personnel, and respective airline communication centers if applicable

Be at least 18 years of age

Possess a valid driver’s license
