Utilizes skill and knowledge in the application of appropriate software programs.

Demonstrated excellent communication skills to function within a complex interdisciplinary environment including ability to communicate with the physician community.

Superb oral and written communication skills

Strong analysis skills when given obscure issues

Ability to multitask many projects and customer needs using strong organizational skills

Experience working with relevant technologies such as SQL, XML, CSV, REST APIs

Knowledge of common AWS tools

Experience using and configuring Brightspace

Other responsibilities dictated by the needs of the business in the area of onboarding and transition management.

2-3+ years of experience in Wealth Management (at a brokerage or portfolio manager) is required

Prior experience working in an investment counsel, advisory team, portfolio manager and/or fintech environment.

Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities in a timely manner and adapt to changing situations.

Leverage different platforms to deliver on client experience and work out the issues during transition.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Building Maintenance including supervision of trades resources

Maintain relevant site documentation, quality management

Assist Building Operations Manager to support O&M plans and facilitate asset & system training for existing and new plant staffing.

Strong experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing system for building system.

Excellent Customer skills / communication

Understanding of compliance policies - general / TSSA / TSBC regulatory requirements

Demonstrated ability to manage multidiscipline engineering team with an understanding of financial and supply chain processes.

Ability to present situational leadership skills to resolve conflict, deploy effective communication and interpersonal skills that further team and business objectives.
