Training And Development Consultant Jobs in Quebec

Deliver engaging and impactful management and leadership training to cultivate strong leadership skills within our organization.

Proactive involvement in planning, reviewing, and developing performance management processes.

Collaborative mindset to identify and address departmental performance challenges alongside management.

Degree in Human Resources, management, business administration or a related field

Identify and manage external learning and development vendors, ensuring we have access to the best resources and expertise in the industry.

Deep learning and development experience within a business environment.

Post-secondary education or a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Adult Learning training or certification is considered an asset.

2 – 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development and/or managing training programs

Experience designing and deploying (end to end) training programs

Experience in developing training schedules

Experience in a project environment

Experience providing mentoring and coaching assistance and developing talent management and succession readiness strategies;

5+ years of experience establishing and facilitating forums and workshops for managers to share leadership experiences and challenges;

5+ years of demonstrating experience designing and facilitating one or many courses;

Experience developing programs about performance and development, diversity, cand growth mindset; and

Post Secondary degree in a related field;

Having worked previously for the Government of Canada; and
