Execute high-quality workflow reviews, using knowledge of AlayaCare platform and customers’ businesses to ensure alignment

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with internal processes and procedures

3+ years of experience working either in SaaS

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.

Manage customer relations and evaluate the data we receive through digital channels, including negotiating and closing major contracts.

3+ years of experience in SAAS sales or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of CRM tools, sales methodologies, and sales analytics.

Identifying, analyzing, and troubleshoots server requirements

Install and configuring third party components within hosted/remote server infrastructure

A minimum of 2 years experience in each of the following areas:

Building & upgrading customer environments, Implementing Go Live support and transiting to support to Customer Support

Technical Post-Secondary degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Scripting: e.g. perl, shell, batch, etc

Support customer change management strategies, including the plans for user readiness and acceptance.

Develop and maintain expertise and knowledge in multiple product offerings, including the knowledge of the end-to-end solution and product value outcomes

Principal implementation liaison on the project team documenting customer requirements, translating technical requirements into configuration setup, business processes and goals

Translate technical requirements and execute system configuration setup(more complex than entry)

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements for all customer databases

Assess and validate the implementation plan and manage communication among project stakeholders

Completion of a degree in business, math, information systems, management science or software engineering.

Good customer facing and presentation skills.
