Job Description

We are recruiting for a Post Sales Solutions Engineer to install, configure and integrate commercial software with external clients in-house applications.


You will establish relationships of trust and confidence and ensure that software will deliver the goals the customers seek. You have the internal energy and skills to break down complex data and deliver solutions and recommend actions for the key stakeholders at our Enterprise Class clients.


You must be able to clearly define customer needs, as well as software functionality enhancements.


Must haves

  • Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, Pivot tables, etc..).
  • Retail or supply chain software experience
  • Javascript development skills to allow you to integrate commercial software and customer master data management applications.
  • Five+ (5) plus years of experience delivering Enterprise-class solutions.
  • REST APIs
  • Experience with cloud-native software solutions
  • You will have skills in
  • SQL and be able to query large databases.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This is WFH but you may be required to be on-site at clients in the event of complex implementation or issue resolution activities.
