Trade Operations Lead Jobs

Advance knowledge and experience in, processes, trade data governance, performance management, digitization, and risk management

In-depth knowledge of FTA, Duty Deferral, Broker and Partner Management, Supply Chain Security and Social/Financial regulations

Comprehensive and consistent trade program management, risk assessment reporting and execution.

Management of multi-geographical relationships and cultural expectations.

10 years Global Trade experience, preferred in the apparel and footwear manufacturing and distribution.

Preferred certification CCS, CTCS, CSS, License Customs Broker

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in finance or investment management industries, with trade operations or trade allocation experience

Upload trades into portfolio management system and communicate trade details to brokers and custodians

Manage daily trade transactions, including creating and allocating trades based on instructions from Portfolio Managers

Conduct daily communication with Portfolio Managers regarding portfolio positions

Excellent analytical skills, including data analysis

Ensure trades meet trade match criteria defined by NI 24-101 and resolve all settlement issues

Proven experience in maintaining accurate and detailed records in line with company and legal requirements for records retention.

Develop, implement, and manage the company’s trade operations program in line with TCO corporate policies and procedures.

Manage all import/export shipments especially encrypted hardware, and the use of US ENC exceptions.

Determine appropriate ECCNs, HTS codes, and manage the process of obtaining necessary licenses from US and Canadian licensing authorities.

Provide training to internal teams on trade operations regulations and requirements, including the Controlled Goods Program.

Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure efficient and compliant movement of goods.
