Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in consulting, project management, program management, or a similar field

Experience managing cross-functional programs with dotted line management responsibility.

Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred

High-level management and leadership skills

Manage the tracking of program budget, change requests, and intake management

Established history of managing multiple projects simultaneously with progression into program management.

Comprehension of industry-standard risk management tools

Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

A minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture, logistics, trading, merchandising, and the supply chain

Sales experience specific to the grain industry

Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as agribusiness, business, marketing, or sales

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

Deliver marketing brand plans to management teams

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ensure all retail programs fall in line with standards regarding tracking and execution by coordinating with Pricing, Business Intelligence, and Finance

Five years of relevant experience

Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed

Knowledge of applicable state regulations and adult beverage market dynamics

Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs

Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions

Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments

Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs

Aggressively identifying, targeting, sampling, and selling new and potential accounts within an assigned territory.

Merchandising retail accounts including delivering and placing products, point-of-sale (POS) materials, refrigeration units and barrel coolers.

Coordinating convenience store and chain store account shelf product and POS re-sets.
