Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

Assist in the administration of Microsoft Office 365 including account, SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange management.

Knowledge of Microsoft server and application products

Knowledge in use and administration of Linux based systems

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

High level of organizational skills, detail oriented, and analytical

Experience working with a Device Management [MDM] platform (e.g. Intune, AirWatch or Jamf)

Expert-level knowledge of iOS and Android with a minimum of 2+ years of prior experience

Has exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical folks

Experience with SaaS technologies (e.g. Jira, Slack, Box, Adobe, Salesforce, etc...)

Experience working with a ticketing system (e.g. Zendesk, Intercom or Jira Service Desk)

Familiar with A/V and remote presence technologies, both hardware and software (e.g. Zoom VC)

2+ years working experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management toolsets

Experience with the incident and problem management lifecycles

Ensure all incidents are properly reported, addressed, updated and closed in accordance with predetermined Service Levels, Incident and Problem Management processes

3+ years practical experience with Operations and Monitoring practices

2+ years practical experience using batch scheduling tools such as IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent training and experience

· Responsible for the management of APM (application performance monitoring) tool – Dynatrace and Datadog implementations.

· Recommends and drives tool customization to meet the application's requirements

· 3 year minimum experience with hands-on implementation of Dynatrace APM tool.

· Experience in leveraging Dynatrace for operational purposes – Driving Incident resolution, Root Cause Analysis.

· 7 year minimum of system and application monitoring experience

· Working knowledge with Datadog

3+ years' Experience with creation and execution of test plan and tasks for large programs.

SAP experience is a strong nice to have.

Banking experience would be helpful.

11-months contract role with possibility for extension.
