Ticketing Guest Services Representatives Jobs

Experience with both BSP and ARC

5+ years of experience as a Ticketing Agent

Experience arranging domestic and international travel for multiple corporate clients

Experience as an international rate desk agent (an asset)

Familiarity with passport and visa requirements for international travel

Oversee queues that are assigned to them, including but not limited to schedule changes, ticket exchanges, general invoicing, refunds and more.

Present to families different benefits programs, enroll new clients, open new accounts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms

Monitor, identify, and mitigate account-level risks and up-sell opportunities

Align product and customer roadmaps, deliver customer renewals

Minimum 2-3 years’ sales experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities

Proven sales success and experience managing a team

Minimum 2 years extensive Customer service experience, coupled with a strong work ethic.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and details efficiently and simultaneously.

Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional approach

Strong prospecting skills and building client relationships.

2+ years of experience as a Ticketing Agent

Experience arranging domestic and international travel for multiple corporate clients

Calculate and process ticket exchanges via the GDS, including complex international exchanges

Support the accounting team with research surrounding BSP/ARC reconciliation and debit memos
