Ticket Operations Representative Jobs

3-5 years of experience working in a similar environment; management experience in ticketing, guest services or hospitality is required

Experience with effective workforce management, task prioritization, and employee performance coaching

Strong time-management skills and a proven track record of delivering quality results with attention to details

Lead effective business unit financial planning and management.

Advanced Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database management; points of sale system (POS) proficiency is an asset

:Sabre/Ticketing experience (Native Sabre, and Sabre Sonic)

Resolve requests from Finance to interface bookings that have not yet been invoiced as a result of system or manual error.

Work closely with Finance team to resolve invoicing issues

Collaborate with Customer Care leadership team (Associate Managers, Associate Directors)

Create new PNRS when needed such as in case of purged PNR.

Other tasks as required such as issuing Corporate tickets, Flexfly etc.

Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance with our regulatory requirements. Minimize risk to the business by escalating issues to management

Create and distribute reports to clients and management.

1 to 2 years’ experience in operations and/or client services roles within the financial services industry,

Broadridge Dataphile knowledge is an asset

Experience with Security Settlement depositories is an asset DTC/CDS or Arrow

Knowledge of buy-in process is an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE)

Experience in venue manifest building, inventory management

Post-secondary education in Sports Management, IT, or related field

Working with corporate partnerships to fulfill ticket requirements in contracts, including facilitating payment with the finance department

Experience in TicketMaster systems (Archtics, Account Manager)

Job Specific Skills and Abilities:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management.

Ensures adherence to and compliance with Work Order Management process

Journeyman Parts Technician certification would be an asset.

Must have solid working knowledge of Oil & Gas parts/materials.

Interpersonal skills, self-confidence and negotiating skills for establishing working relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Initiate ACD (Add Change Delete) for materials when required.

Cash management experience is an asset

Regular interaction with internal business units and Banks to resolve payment/receipt queries and general Cash Management issues

Post-secondary program or equivalent experience

Minimum of 1 years’ full-time experience in the financial services industry particularly in a Banking role

Strong knowledge of Banking transactions

Good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate well with internal departments, vendors and clients

Prepare task requirements and execute pre-event meetings before each event accordingly.

Knowledge of ticketing software and systems preferred. Knowledge of Ticketmaster software system preferred.

Excellent computer and data manipulation skills, including software such as Microsoft.

Must possess excellent verbal and interpersonal skills and diplomacy with the public.

Previous experience in customer service in forward-facing industries is considered an asset.

Perform Box Office computer system and ticket purchasing processes.

-Completed Degree/ Diploma in Finance, Business, Administration or related

-Keen eye for detail when tracking and formulating data

-Proficiency with Excel (Macros, V-Lookups, Familiarity with Access databases)

-Familiarity with the Canadian stock market is a high priority for this role
