Operations Representative Jobs

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major clients to seek an Operations Representative, to join them on an 8-months contract to work in Fox Creek, AB. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Monitor/Manage work order status and ensure work orders are being set to ready to schedule after scoping and materials arrivals complete as per FIRM guidance
• Scope/Plan work order maintenance activities in Computerized maintenance management system to allow for efficient scheduling as per FIRM (Facility Integrity Reliability Maintenance) guidance
• Verify materials are in stock and change work order status to ready to schedule.
• Ensures adherence to and compliance with Work Order Management process
• General materials management
• Validate/supply BOM for equipment.
• Ensure compliance to FIRM (Facility Integrity Reliability Maintenance) standards and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement opportunities
• Leads field materials management in CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system), initiatives and upgrades (digital core). Mentors and assists in training of system users for materials requisitions, leads/participates in efforts on continuous improvement and cost reduction of material purchase.
• Initiate ACD (Add Change Delete) for materials when required.
• Travel to sites as needed to validate equipment, and materials when required.
• Notify groups (FE, Asset Integrity- Tank Team, Hydro, HES) of process to generate Work Orders if required.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management.
• Interpersonal skills, self-confidence and negotiating skills for establishing working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Must have solid working knowledge of Oil & Gas parts/materials.
• Journeyman Parts Technician certification would be an asset.
