Assist with general cleanliness of the reception, cloakroom, and guest services area.

Assist guests with checking in their belongings to the cloakroom.

Assist the Project Manager or Architect with construction services (site visits, review shop drawings, etc.)

Assist the Project Manager or Architect in the preparation of project schedules and review of budgets

3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture

Provide Revit support for the preparation of project documents

Utilize the company's resource groups for design

Preparation of design and construction documents

Make suggestions for improvement and feedback ideas to management

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTE THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Min requirement - College Diploma in Architectural Technology, or Building Science or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 7+ years of experience in unitized curtain wall

Window-wall experience is a strong asset

Working knowledge of Revit preferred
