1-2 years of catering or banquet Front of the House experience

Experience leading a team, whether in food service or other industry

Industry experience:at least 3 years of experience working at restaurants or event venues – required

Previous CAR 604 Corporate Flight Department Experience

Maintains full-time Co-Captain line flying position as per Kal Aviation schedule.

Active participant in Company SMS program.

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, time-management, communication, and teamwork skills

Assets: CanBIM certification, OBC Knowledge, sustainability experience, Sketch-up

7+ years of experience in preparation of Design Development, Working Drawings and Details, Bid Packages and Contract Administration

5+ years of hands-on experience in BIM/Revit

Experience with midrise and high-rise residential buildings

Strong technical knowledge of how a building is put together, including coordination between architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical systems

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE)

Experience in venue manifest building, inventory management

Post-secondary education in Sports Management, IT, or related field

Working with corporate partnerships to fulfill ticket requirements in contracts, including facilitating payment with the finance department

Experience in TicketMaster systems (Archtics, Account Manager)

Job Specific Skills and Abilities:

Preferences will be given to candidates with qualifications beyond the minimum requirements

A starting base salary ranging from $76,473 to $100,000

Hourly per diem rate of $4.25 per duty hour
