Experience working with persons with disabilities, in education, or in a service-oriented environment an asset

Preparing, starting, monitoring, and ending exams for students with disabilities in private spaces or group settings.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and to treat all students and colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.

Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Setting up adaptive and computer equipment for exams.

Compiling detailed and accurate records and incident reports.

Understanding and enforcing security and privacy requirements;

Minimum 1 year of post-secondary education

Prior experience in examination supervision is an asset

Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities Of The Position Include But Are Not Limited To

Preparing test site for test sessions and cleaning up afterwards;

Minimum: 1+ years of experience in administrative, customer service or equivalent experience in a post-secondary environment

Preferred: Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration and experience in a post-secondary testing environment

Facilitate exams for students in Testing Services and act as an invigilator as per established procedures

Oversee troubleshooting for exams as required

Monitor all emails and phone calls within testing services

Enter information into respective databases
