Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in communications / public relations role with special events and/or communications.

Promptly and professionally answering employer and student inquiries (phone/email) related to student placements and the Experiential Learning Management System database

Working within the Experiential Learning Management System database to review, enter, and edit data related to student and employer placements/jobs

2-year diploma in Office Administration, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role and database experience

Scheduling and confirming interviews for students and employers

Assisting with various on-going and new departmental projects

Strong oral communication, as well as time-management skills

Experience providing personal-care duties, including providing tasks such as lifting and transferring clients

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
