PMP, ACP, and/or SCRUM Master certification

Advanced project management capabilities so as to manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality;

Excellent project management experience gained from complex delivery of integrated applications in a client facing environment

Researching new software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies to analyze applications to configuration management needs.

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Ideal candidate should have 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in release management, deployment, or related fields.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) would be advantageous.

Maintain a highly efficient and organized approach to release management activities.

Ability to collaborate with the Deployment Lead and cross-functional teams to understand release requirements, business processes, and interdependencies across different projects.

Work closely with the quality assurance and compliance teams to ensure adherence to CSV (Computer System Validation) requirements.

Fluent in English (oral and written) is a requirement.

Good knowledge of ITIL framework and related support processes for incident, problem and change management

7 – 9 years’ experience in the financial services industry and good knowledge of retail digital products

Strong leadership skills to directly and indirectly manage across functional teams toward common solutions.

Manage the release pipeline into QA, staging and out the door to production

Ensure scope added into the release satisfies all entry criteria requirements (ensure completeness of release scope document)

Strong project management skills, including Work Breakdown Structures, requirements management, deliverables, and budget allocations.

Experience in requirements gathering and requirements documentation.

Managing the technology roadmap for the components that the team manages, making sure we drive the platform forwards architecturally.

· 2 years of release management experience, ideally with UAT
