Experience designing cloud native systems using containerizedmicroservicesin a kubernetes environment

Expertknowledge developing APIs especially RESTful web services

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure

Experience building custom APIs and web services

Certifications in Azure are preferred

Experience with Agile methodologies including using kanban/task boards

What skills, experience and education are we looking for?

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and create detailed technical designs.

10 years of experience in a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar, are a plus.

Architect, deploy and act as level 3 support on multiple technologies areas

Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management and customer relationship skills.

Lead data management and integration related activities including validation and testing of the solution

Lead deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop integration requirements specifications

8+ years of relevant experience in business software consulting, ideally in supply chain

Experience with ETL tools such as Talend, OWB, SSIS, SAP Data Services etc.

Database level experience extracting data from enterprise class ERP systems including SAP/APO, Oracle, and JDE.

Experience working in a scrum team and in onsite/offshore model.

Validate that high-level architecture is feasible from the captured business requirements and the predefined architecture guidelines

Perform knowledge transfer sessions to Telecom client development leads.

Demonstrated skill and understanding in translating contact center requirements into solutions

In-depth knowledge of SIP protocol and proven skill in troubleshooting complex voice applications and system issues and problems

Partners with our business units to understand their requirements and translate them into solutions

10+ years of experience in enterprise level contact center delivery, integration, and support.

Strong experience of Genesys platform and major SBC platforms such as Oracle, Audio Codes or Ribbon

Prior experience of Avaya CM and NICE call recording solutions preferred
