Technician Trainee Ottawa Jobs in Quebec

Effectuer la prise et la gestion des appels client selon les priorités;

Procéder à l’ouverture de bons de travail;

Réaliser la planification des routes des techniciens;

Effectuer la gestion des travaux en cours;

Accomplir diverses tâches administratives : gestion de documents, suivis des portails, signatures, photos garanties, courriels, etc.

Transmettre à l’atelier les machines ne pouvant être réparées sur la route;

Observes and learns the procedures required to perform work and to gain certification in the required NDT methods.

Previous experience in NDT is a strong asset.

Assists the Senior Technicians in work execution and daily tasks assigned as required.

Assists in the preparation and completion of all necessary paperwork required in compliance with client, industry and company standards and policies.

Replenishes and organizes the required supplies, as needed, for the applicable assigned NDT methods.

Responsible for cleanliness of all work areas and vehicles.

Participating in training sessions as required by the company in order to maintain adequate levels of skills and knowledge

2-3 years experience installing access control systems and/or CCTV equipment, and/or fire alarms systems

A thorough knowledge and understanding of intrusion detection systems, electronic access control, CCTV, IP video, and surveillance systems.

Working knowledge of DMP, C.Cure 9000, Lenel preferred (for Ottawa role).

IP Video and IT experience required.
