Technical Client Delivery Manager Jobs

Provide advanced technical and professional expertise in the management and execution of all Client projects.

Provide leadership to direct reports. This includes training and development, objective setting, coaching and overall performance management.

Attend appropriate Leasing meetings regarding incoming/current Clients opening schedules and communicate Client information to the respective Manager in a proactive manner.

Ability to undertake and effectively manage large-scale projects,

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on achieving deadlines and delivering results,

Preferred experience in people management.

A demonstrated ability to lead a team through organizational change management is essential.

A comprehensive understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies and scope management is critical.

Lead and manage the MoD implementation team to achieve financial, operational, and customer satisfaction targets and metrics.

Create and implement professional development plans to improve the skills of your team.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in software solution delivery.

Planning project resourcing and time lines with Project Management

Technical leadership and line management of individual Delivery Team of 3-4 release engineers

Over 6 years of professional experience in release engineering, system administration or applications support

Experience leading a team and organizing weekly one to one meetings with team members

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

5+ years demonstrated experience in technical project execution/leadership and/or technology consulting

Experience implementing applications and delivering solutions on ServiceNow

15+ years of professional experience in Data, Information Management and Analytics related roles.

Strong stakeholder management skills (with the client, project delivery team and the business)

Strong understanding of data and analytics and able to present and communicate efficiently and charismatically.

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies/process including requirements management, analysis and design, testing, implementation, deployment, change configuration, and management, etc.

Strong analytical and project management skills; including the ability to interpret both business and technical needs.

Defines technology project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management, PMO and other stakeholders.

Develops best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Manages the budget for the initiative

Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members, PMO and other stakeholders.

Performs any necessary data mapping and data lineage activities and documents information flows to support specific business requirements

Assesses, researches, analyzes, and documents project needs and outcomes by selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirements

Very detail oriented and skilled in summarizing and gleaning insights from large amounts of information

Strong oral and written communication skills and comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences

Strong math, analytical, and business knowledge

Knowledge of some sort of programming language
