Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food regulations (Safe Food for Canadians Act, Food and Drugs Act)

Post-secondary education or equivalent – food safety and regulatory affairs strongly preferred

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Previous experience participating in audits (third party, regulatory, customer) is an asset

Document Control Support – assist with the maintenance, archiving, and update of controlled documents to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance

Experience in software testing including Web application and REST API testing.

Skills in frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience in frontend framework such as Angular is an asset.

Skills in scripting languages such as Python, PHP is an asset.

Execute feature and bug fix testing for website GUI using a combination of manual and automated testing techniques.

Automate front-end testing using Selenium(Or other automated testing tools).

Knowledge of Risk Management techniques and approaches.

SQL skills (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, Azure Data Studio)

Experience with COTS Project, Portfolio and Program Management tools within the public sector (federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, etc.).

Define QA strategy and plan for the property information management system

Report as needed on quality checkpoints to project management.

Validate and verify that software meets the intended business and technical requirements

1+ year experience in Incident Management.

You’re someone who can bring the following skills or experiences to our team:

2+ years' experience in Live Operations, IT Service Desk or Live QA or other relevant industry experience.

You are experienced with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence and New Relic.

1+ years of experience in online services or the gaming industry is desirable.

2 – 4 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Quality Assurance field

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or garment industry

Strong knowledge of garment construction and patternmaking

Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams

Collaborate with the development team to understand and anticipate testing requirements

5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing

Strong knowledge of Java and Selenium

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
