In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our healthcare software products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, and a proven track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends and technologies
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing scripts using Selenium
• Create and execute comprehensive test cases to validate software functionality
• Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
• Collaborate with the development team to understand and anticipate testing requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
• Analyze and report test results and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Java and Selenium
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing
