Manage financial responsibilities in collaboration with senior management

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience

Operational experience and demonstrated leadership skills preferred

Understanding management roles and ensuring productivity through motivation of personnel

Manage operations, resources and ensure efficiencies as required to maintain customer satisfaction

Manage data to ensure efficiency, good productivity and avoid duplication of efforts, etc.

Collaborates with the Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations, to analyze Workforce Management, attendance statistics, and activity metrics on a regular basis

Operational experience and demonstrated leadership skills preferred

Staff orientation and ongoing training Specific Responsibilities

Typically requires 6+ years of related experience

Previous hospital, retail, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred

Provide metric based updates to Supervisor at frequent & regularly scheduled intervals to ensure operational success
