A minimum of 3 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally 4+ years.

Strong technical knowledge of various HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors) and case management system (ServiceNow);

Industry networking, outside recruitment, and management of postings in online platforms

Development of a high-level understanding of our business, including specialized service offerings

Establish key words based on qualifications required for more proactive search.

Screen qualifications of applicants for potentially suitable candidates, summarize key characteristics and update stakeholders accordingly

High level knowledge of local labor laws and/or hiring practices, which you will need to grow further as you work internationally

Demonstrate a sense of urgency and excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Conduct initial resume screening to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

No previous work experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge & experience of vendor management, SAP, local labor law and requirements, HR policies and procedures, including immigration law.

Knowledge/experience with leading and administering an employee relocation program or other benefit programs within an organization.

Manage the E2E Canadian Domestic Relocation Program from policy design to vendor management as well as operations.

Ability and skills to manage data that includes entry, storage, organization and analysis of data.

Ability and skills to manage change by simplifying the complex and able to influence others.

Skilled in using MS office to manage the various jobs and activities efficiently.

Recent college grad or 2- 4 years of direct experience working with Building Automation Systems

Good knowledge of building systems and relevant standards

Proven diagnostic skills; able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems

4+ years' experience in managing end to end Recruitment process; Experience in Cement or related industry

Partner with our team of Recruiters on the scheduling of candidate interviews and hiring manager feedback sessions.
