Bachelor’s degree of higher in Occupational Safety, Health Safety and Environmental Management, Social Sciences or related field

Will serve as a technical resource by providing guidance and assistance to ensure compliance HSE requirements

5+ years of Oil & Gas or Construction HSE experience

7+ years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas or Construction

Exceptional leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills

Professional working experience in and understanding of construction safety regulations and their applicability to upstream oil and gas operations

Monitor flow within the warehouse/sort facility and work with frontline managers to optimize capacity and service

Identify hub performance shortfalls and work with other managers and partners in ensuring appropriate action plans are developed, monitored and implemented.

2-5 years operational experience in the industry

Experience in a warehouse-type environment/sortation facility

Experience in an automated sortation facility

Experience communicating with all levels of business

Certification in database management is required.

Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows, Office, and G-Suite.

Support the Registrar-related aspects of, and create processes within, the Student Information System to manage workflow and system efficiency.

Identify, plan, and perform cost-benefit analyses, and recommend solutions to business challenges.

Develop technical requirements from business requirements.

Break requirements down to workable sizes and user stories.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Degree or diploma in adult education, human resources, health and safety, or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent

Experience in a post-secondary education an asset

Manages the design, development and inventory of HSE training courses and plans. Coordinates the preparation of training materials and resources.

Recognized certification (e.g. CTDP, CHRP, CRSP, ROH, EP, CCPE, CRST) is an asset

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience using eLearning application/development tools and software

Positive relationship building and management skills

Assist Supervisors and Managers with the application of the HSE system requirements.

Strong communication skills - experience in training, giving presentations and writing reports.

Maintain contractor lists and qualification.

Minimum 3 years of Health and Safety experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic industry.

Must be adaptable and able to gain knowledge required to perform functions in a professional manner.

ISO 45001, ISO 14001, COR knowledge. Experience in certification and maintaining certification preferred.

Maintain a Health and Safety Management System in conformance to ISO45001 standards and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Perform Management of Change as required.

Maintain Environmental Management System in conformance to ISO14001 standards and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Participate in the management and coordination of HSE projects as needed.

College Diploma in Health & Safety or demonstrated equivalent education and experience.

Motivated, self-starter.? Willing to undertake responsibilities for continuous improvement of environment and offerings outside of direct assignments as identified.

Providing security related updates to management using cyber security dashboard.

Strength in functioning within a cross-disciplinary team to understand and contribute beyond core platform competencies and responsibilities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of core J2EE and related technology (web services, messaging, SSO, etc.) and relationship to supported Middleware technology.

Implement and support automated jobs for managed file transfer using Ipswitch MOVEit platform.

Knowledge of SSL certificates including creation of CSRs and installation/update/tracking of certificates.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.

Support the justification and budget to management as may be required to obtain project/program approval.

Prepare systems/subsystems requirements and specifications, operational processes, preliminary and detailed design/drawings, and applications specific to the project/program environment, as required.

Support on-site construction testing and commissioning work to ensure that project/program requirements are met.

Demonstrate specialized expertise and knowledge in the assigned field

Thorough and current knowledge of design engineering principles and practices of conventional (track circuit) and CBTC systems.

At least 3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably with implementation of software, systems and/or processes.

Preferred experience working with change management and working in atypical organizational structures.

Demonstrated knowledge and proven experience in producing BRDs, use cases, user scenarios, user stories, BPMs working experience on applications.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field: Technology, Business, or combination with at least 3-5 years experience in a post-secondary environment.

Extensive experience using and administering student registration systems.

Prior experience working with clients from front-line to executive level.

Change Management Certification (i.e., Prosci) is considered an asset
