Experience in using ServiceNOW for IT service management functions for Incident management and Service reque management.
Provide technical account management for customers resolving issues and escalating when appropriate
Manage incidents and service requests that are individually assigned within the appropriate service level agreement
Troubleshoot basic and advanced software/hardware issues with internal and external customers via phone, ema chat/IM, and remote control/assist software
Build and maintain knowledge base and document procedures
