Participate in the systems change management process to support enterprise systems
Develops plans for system improvements for management approval and implements approved changes
Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the systems including performance management; install and configure patches and upgrades as required
College or university graduate in a business or technology field, or equivalent experience/certification
Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Databases
