Supply Chain Management Lead Jobs

Experience in procurement and inventory management

Experience with ERP and inventory management software is a plus

Expertise in supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and reducing costs

A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

2-3 years of experience in supply management (co-op experience counts).

Post-graduate certification in Supply Management or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel skills, and experience with Accounting/Procurement

Strong understanding of Supply Management processes and how they connect to Accounts.

Education (Or Equivalent Work Experience)

College Diploma / University Degree in Business, Supply Management, or related discipline

15+ years of direct experience in progressively more responsible Supply Chain, Materials Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and Distribution / Logistics.

Other recognizable Certifications or Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics/Warehouse management or related

Strong experience and skills in at least 3 following field of expertise:

ERP Systems, Supply Chain Management & Planning, and /or Information Technology Integration

Benchmarking skills in Supply Chain

Hold 2 or more following certifications:

Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification is an asset

Maintain detailed knowledge of standard ERP processes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including those related to Transportation and Logistics

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements, inputs and outputs to support application development, configuration activities and business reporting

Document and present technical requirements via system and reporting design specifications and as-built documentation

Promote knowledge transfer within the technology team and other business units

Establish the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of functional and technical requirements to create viable specifications and acceptance criteria for solutions

• Related Post-secondary education and a minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain Management experience in the

• Attend periodic Project Management Team meetings, leading commercial discussions with recommendations and solutions.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

Develop and/or participate in the development of analytics, systems data management, metrics, reporting and training.

Researches, compiles and creates presentations/reporting for all levels of the organization, including the Executive Management Team.

Work with the broader supply chain management team to identify key messages and incorporate into the overall framework.

Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management

Manage vacation time of direct reports.

Compiles and distributes reporting requirements in multiple formats to a variety of audiences.
