Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Procurement/Engineering or any other related field

Manage relationships, facilitating communication between vendors and internal teams (engineering, product development, production...), negotiating terms and conditions, and resolving quality issues

1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Previous experience in the dental field preferred.

Processing all equipment orders from the Equipment Specialists, Territory Salespeople and all internal/external customers.

Maintains an optimum inventory of equipment items and a current customer file for all equipment purchases.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, materials management and procurement

Knowledge and understanding of standards and best practices in materials management and procurement

University degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of safety & health regulations, WHMIS regulations and Quality Assurance requirements is an asset

·Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and disinfected.

Undergraduate degree in Science, Finance, or Engineering required

Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required

Experience troubleshooting problems and creating solutions through analytics and evidence required.

Experience working in a highly process driven, IT enabled environment required

Experience communicating with technical and non-technical people to gain consensus on decisions as necessary an asset.

High degree of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word required

Initiate and manage sub-rental of equipment where necessary.

Offer technology & service solutions to meet customer needs while focusing on increasing utilisation of warehouse & venue housed inventory.

2+ years of logistics or customer service experience, within the audio-visual or related service industry preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of event audio-visual equipment would be highly advantageous.

MS suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Visio an asset but not mandatory.

The candidate should ideally have familiarity with SAP Ariba and/or SAP S/4HANA.

· Project task and milestone tracking using Smartsheet

· Following up with project team members and stakeholders as needed

· Monitoring a group inbox and directing inquiries as appropriate

Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and vendors.

Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Distribution & Logistics is preferred

2 – 4 years of experience working in a retail supply chain, distribution and logistics environment.

Ability to prioritize work and manage time well

Works with Vendor Compliance and 3PL partner to investigate and resolve any vendor mis-ships regarding overages, shortages, or wrong items.

Experience with warehouse and inventory management

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Ensure timely and accurate SAP transactions to maintain accurate inventory for each warehouse.

Use electronic tracking software to log all items.

Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets and inventory control programs, interpreting data and communicating results in an easy to understand way.

Responsible for Freight Vendor Management and communicates performance to all internal stakeholders.

Education in Supply Chain, General Business, or equivalent.

Exceptional communication skills, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Traffic, Freight and Expediting experience is preferred

Fulfill the Expediting Role in managing the delivery and schedule for post Purchase Order Items

Providing weekly updates to all MIW stakeholders regarding the delivery schedule of particular Purchase Orders

Project management/stakeholder engagement skills to drive initiatives to completion and facilitate discussions toward resolution

Effective Change Management and Critical Thinking/Problem Solving skills

Collaborate with SSW with contract commitment and compliance management;

Contribute to strategic and transactional management of supply chain functions at THP with SSW encompassing sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and data management

Provide support and leadership with the OR sub-committee on effective strategic sourcing and contract management to maximize financial opportunities

Previous Project Analyst, Supply Chain (Logistics and/or Strategic Sourcing), Quality Improvement, and/or Supervisory experiences would be an asset

·Document management and data entry of bills of lading.

·Outstanding organizational skills/ability to manage and track large amounts of information.

REPORTS TO THE TRADING MANAGER

·Manage inventory positions across all products, storage facilities and in-transit movements.

·Manages logistics targets set out at the beginning of the year, mitigating costs across the business.

·Degree level educated or equivalent experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate

Strong planning and organizational skills

3 + years in a Purchasing/Procurement role (Industry experience preferred)

The Supply Chain Coordinator will require to complete the following but not limited to:

Lead or support the implementation of cost reduction initiatives

Applying changes in the project requirements and scope.

Follow up with suppliers on outsourced jobs required to complete customer requirements.

Perform all job functions with adherence to Guide Valve Limited corporate values and QMS requirements.

Comply with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements at all times and in all areas.

Maintain project timeline spreadsheets and update customers as required.
