Solid computers skills including advance MS Office knowledge including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Post-secondary education considered an asset.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.

Work well under pressure and successfully manage change will be critical.

Work with various departments to address customer supply concerns regarding product availability, logistics, end use, pricing, and delivery

Detail oriented with good time management skills.

Maintain knowledge regarding current marketing programs, Distribution Centre issues, and company Customer Service initiatives to provide insightful responses.

Work experience in supply chain, retail operations, distribution and/or completion of Secondary School.

Experience with Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to produce reports, documentation and presentations.

Knowledge of logistic procedures in a retail call centre environment.

Utilize internal tracking systems to track calls and emails.

3 to 5 years of work experience in sourcing, purchasing, logistics, production planning, vendor negotiations, and inventory management

Manage and process customer orders with supply chain network (incl 3PL) and Finance

Experience with EDI platforms and knowledge of manufacturing and material chemistry would be an asset

Manage raw material, components and finished goods inventories including keeping system information and S&OP documents updated

Coordinate production scheduling with our co-packers including PO creation, Finance coordination, and vendor negotiations

Manage international orders and purchases including price negotiations, freight planning and import/export documentations
