* Assist logistics and simulator lab staff with movement of specialist equipment around the building as directed

Plan, coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations within the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system (escalation, workflow, and process execution);

A good ability to summarize complex technical situations to the team, management, and clients;

Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Information & CommunicationsTechnology (ICT) Services or designate.

Minimum of 5 years of progressively increasing experience diagnosing and solving computer-related problems in a large, diverse computing environment;

Experience in a supervisory role with a proven record of achievement and success (preferred);

Core technical certification should include:

Planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of maintenance, energy management and rehabilitation of building facilities

5+ years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of building codes, laws and regulations
