4-yr degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or >15 years' experience in minerals processing industry.

2+ years as a Subsea Engineer role with MUX (electrohydraulic subsea systems) experience

4+ years previous experience in a role with 6th Generation Ultra-Deepwater Semi-Submersible

4+ years' experience with Cameron equipment

7+ years experience on Harsh Environment MOU's

Demonstrated project management experience to drive innovation and improvements across multifunctional teams from ideation to sustainability.

Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3

Demonstrated experience in leading high-performance teams through the implementation of TPM or integrated lean six sigma.

Very strong analytical, computer, and trouble shooting skills.

Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems

Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment

Preparation and management of SimOps schedule including managing interfaces between subprojects.

Change Management review and analysis.

Qualifications:10- 15 years planning experience in Major Projects

Understand cost control, change management and contractual functions

Review and analysis of the contractor submitted monthly forecast schedules, monthly reports, interface milestones , fabrication requirements and scope execution.

Coordinate with Planning Manager and Team Members and prepare schedule forecasts.

Product launch project management experience

Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.

Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical or equivalent experience in commercial livestock

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Beef, Poultry, Pork species working knowledge

Tableau or Power BI or similar data visualization systems work experience

- Understanding of budget control, and organizational finances
