Overview A Student Success Manager is a professional who works with students to ensure that they are successful in their academic and personal goals. They provide guidance, support, and resources to students in order to help them reach their goals. Student Success Managers work with students to develop plans for success, provide resources and support, and monitor progress. Detailed Job Description A Student Success Manager is responsible for providing guidance and support to students in order to help them achieve their academic and personal goals. The Student Success Manager will work with students to develop individualized plans for success, provide resources and support, and monitor progress. The Student Success Manager will also be responsible for providing advice and assistance to students in areas such as academic planning, career planning, and personal development. The Student Success Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives to support student success. • Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field

• Previous experience working with students in an academic setting
