Experience in managing and leading a team of billing recruitment consultants, including setting KPIs and goals to drive the business forward

Experience in actively developing new business leads, negotiating contracts, and developing recruitment solutions to match client needs

Be able to handle and manage a large existing database as well as a high volume of incoming inquiries and applications

Option of 2 weeks working fully remotely from anywhere in the world

Comfortable at leading established accounts, working with clients to support their needs

Additional group commission based on the companies’ performance

· End to end management of the recruitment process.

· 2-5 years of experience in construction-focused recruitment is essential.

· 1+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical recruitment

· Create and manage a business development plan to ensure a robust client base

Here’s what we are looking for:

Maintains weekly statistics of individuals met with and referrals, tracked through the Customer Relation Management (CRM) software

Guides prospective students through the career exploration process to help them identify their educational goals

Researches, assesses, and advises prospective students of additional information and resources in the areas of career planning and program admission requirements

Participates in large-scale off-campus recruitment events I.e. the Ontario College Fair or Skills Canada

Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, oral, and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills to effectively multi-task

Consult with Account Managers in order to develop effective recruitment strategies and support order intake

Manage candidates through job order fulfillment to achieve candidate satisfaction and consistently and accurately update our ATS system

Previous recruitment experience ideally including both high volume and niche roles

A background in meeting activity requirements resulting in achieving high performing outcomes

Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences across different industry sectors and skill levels
